Neil leads the development of Netsafe’s public policy and research programme. Before joining Netsafe Neil worked in the education sector, first as a practitioner in the UK and NZ and then at Ministry of Education where he led a national programme developing teachers’ digital capabilities. In one form or another he has worked on issues related to online safety since 2004.
