Holly is the Deputy Director and WSP Fellow at the Helen Clark Foundation, an independent public policy think tank founded in 2019. She spent the Level 4 lockdown researching the risks of loneliness in Aotearoa during Covid-19 and how good public policy can create the conditions for social connection, resulting in the report Alone Together, released in June. Her talk at NetHui focuses on the relationship between loneliness and digital inclusion. She is also a former Green MP, worked for five years at the Office of the Children's Commissioner, and is working on her PhD in creative writing.
